Get Your Energy. Together.
Corporate Coaching for higher engagement and employment retention
The energy sector depends on people who can perform well under pressure, communicate across functions, and make good decisions in complex environments. Corporate coaching for organizations is a structured, confidential partnership. It helps leaders and employees navigate real work challenges with more clarity, resilience, and impact. It supports people through change, high workload, new roles, and complex stakeholder situations, by strengthening decision-making, communication, and sustainable performance.

A Tailor-Made Coaching Offer
My coaching enables your organization to support your employees through personal and professional transitions. Think of it as practical, focused conversations that turn pressure into progress. Clearer priorities, better collaboration, and actions people actually follow.

Work with me #1
Individual Coaching
People are your organization’s greatest asset, and like any asset, they perform best when they’re supported. Individual coaching provides your employees with a dedicated space to think clearly, navigate challenges, and grow with intention.
We offer individual coaching in two ways, both tailored to the realities of the energy sector.
Coaching through transitions. Some seasons call for extra support. Returning from parental leave, stepping into a new role, inheriting a larger team, or moving through a restructuring. These are moments of real opportunity, but also real pressure. Coaching at these inflection points helps your people land well, build confidence faster, and integrate change in a way that sticks.
Ongoing coaching for leaders and key contributors. Not every coaching need comes with a clear trigger. For leaders, senior specialists, and the people your organization depends on, regular coaching acts as a steady thinking partner. A place to reflect, sharpen judgment, and stay ahead of the demands that come with high-stakes work. It’s the kind of investment that quietly prevents burnout, retains talent, and builds the internal resilience your business needs for the long term.
I deliver both formats one-to-one, in complete confidence, and shaped around the individual — their goals, their challenges, and the specific context of working in a demanding industry.

Work with me #2
Team Coaching
Great teams don’t happen by accident. They’re built, and sometimes they need to be rebuilt. Team coaching creates the conditions for your people to work better together: with more trust, clearer communication, and a shared sense of direction.
I work with teams at different stages and for different reasons.
Building high-performing teams. When a team is newly formed, has grown quickly, or is operating under increased pressure, coaching helps establish the foundations that allow people to do their best work together. That means aligning on how the team wants to work — not just what they’re working on — and developing the psychological safety and mutual accountability that turns a group of capable individuals into a genuinely cohesive unit.
Navigating team transitions. Leadership changes, reorganisations, mergers, and shifts in strategic direction all disrupt team dynamics, even when the change is a good one. Team coaching at these moments helps teams process what’s shifting, recalibrate how they relate to one another, and move forward with clarity rather than friction.
Sustaining performance over time. High-performing teams in the energy sector face sustained demands. Ongoing team coaching offers a structured space for reflection and honest conversation, the kind that rarely happens in the flow of day-to-day work. It helps teams stay sharp, address tensions before they escalate, and continue to grow together rather than apart.
Team coaching is delivered directly with the team over time — not as a one-day workshop, but as a real process. I shape the sessions around your team’s actual challenges and goals, and grounded in the specific pressures and culture of your organisation.

Work with me #3
Peer Coaching
Some of the most powerful development happens between colleagues. Peer coaching is a structured practice where employees coach one another, building capability, deepening connection, and creating a culture of genuine support across the organisation.
It works because the learning runs in both directions. In each conversation, one person brings a real challenge or question, and the other practices the kind of focused, curious listening that good coaching requires. Both leave with something valuable.
Building internal coaching capability. Peer coaching is one of the most effective ways to embed a coaching culture without creating dependency on external support. When your people develop the habits of asking better questions, listening without jumping to solutions, and reflecting before reacting. Those skills show up everywhere: in team meetings, in one-to-ones, in how leaders handle difficult conversations.
Strengthening cross-functional relationships. Peer coaching pairs or groups that span departments or seniority levels build bridges that formal structures rarely do. In an industry where collaboration between technical, commercial, and operational functions is business-critical, those relationships matter more than most organisations realise.
Supporting professional development at scale. Individual coaching isn’t always feasible for every employee, but development shouldn’t be reserved for a select few. Peer coaching extends the reach of a coaching culture broadly and cost-effectively, giving more people access to meaningful reflection and growth.
I design and facilitate the peer coaching programmes to fit your organisation -> including initial training so participants are set up to coach well, and light-touch supervision to keep the quality high over time.
The Hidden Cost of Unsupported Change
Whether it’s returning from parental leave, adjusting to new roles, or managing the mental load of modern leadership, my coaching prevents the drift, stress, and misalignment that silently erode performance and well-being. Without the right support, these transitions lead to quiet disengagement, burnout, and stalled careers, while organizations lose the very talent they’ve invested in.
Without structured support, your team might be facing:
- High-performing employees doubting their ability to return confidently
- Leaders who appear calm but feel stretched to the edge
- Valuable staff quietly considering leaving, or stepping back
With the right coaching, they gain:
- Clarity and momentum in critical transitions
- Aligned leadership at work and home
- Long-term engagement and sustainable performance
That is why it is so essential to support your most important asset, your people, to navigate transitions that affect everything, how they lead, communicate, and show up at work and home.
The ROI of Coaching
Coaching supports outcomes that matter commercially
Coaching does not have one universal ROI number, and I do not believe in making inflated promises. The value of coaching depends on the context, the goals, and how the work is implemented.
What the evidence does show is that coaching can improve outcomes that matter to organisations.
A randomized controlled study found that executive coaching improved goal attainment, resilience, and workplace well-being.
The business relevance is clear. In most organisations, the cost of unsupported change does not first appear as a line item called “lack of coaching.” It shows up elsewhere when valuable employees leave and leaders hesitate or burn out. You notice when teams lose alignment and
performance drops during transition, when
stress turns into disengagement, absence, or avoidable conflict.
That is why I see coaching not only as development, but also as a way to reduce risk and protect performance.
The wider workplace evidence points in the same direction. The World Health Organization reports that depression and anxiety lead to an estimated 12 billion lost working days every year. To a cost for the global economy at around US$1 trillion in lost productivity.
Retention also matters financially. Gallup estimates that replacing leaders and managers costs around 200% of salary, while replacing employees in technical roles costs around 80% of salary. In industries where expertise, trust, and onboarding time are significant, the real impact of turnover may be even broader than salary replacement alone.
For that reason, the ROI of coaching is often best understood through business-relevant indicators such as retention of key employees, faster transition into new roles and leadership effectiveness. Improved communication and collaboration, reduced friction during change,
stronger engagement and sustainable performance adds to the benefits of coaching.
How I think of ROI
I focus on practical, measurable outcomes rather than abstract claims.
Depending on the assignment, coaching success can be explored through indicators such as retention during or after key transitions as well as
manager and stakeholder feedback. Other measurable indicators would be employee self-assessment before and after the coaching period,
clarity of goals and progress toward them, as well as changes in communication, collaboration, or role confidence. In addition, team observations during periods of change and engagement or absence-related patterns where relevant are useful indicators for valuation and validation of the coaching outcome.
This approach is also aligned with CIPD guidance, which emphasizes that coaching should be linked to organisational needs and embedded within a broader learning and development strategy, rather than treated as a generic solution in itself.
A unique part of the ROI calculation
I bring together two perspectives that are rarely combined, deep familiarity with the energy industry and professional coaching grounded in confidentiality, structure, and human insight
I understand the realities many organisations in this sector face:
- high responsibility
- complex stakeholder environments
- specialist expertise that is hard to replace
- pressure to deliver through constant change
- the need and desire to support people without lowering standards
My work is particularly relevant for organisations that want to support:
- leaders under pressure
- high-potential employees
- working parents returning or adjusting to new family realities
- teams moving through reorganisation or leadership change
- employees in technically demanding or high-responsibility roles
There is so much value on the table, invest in coaching now to start collecting it!
How we can work together
Every organisation is different, but engagements often begin in one of these ways:
1. Transition Coaching
Valuable for employees or leaders moving through a demanding transition, such as parental return, promotion, restructuring, or a major change in scope.
2. Leadership Coaching
Excellent for leaders and key contributors who need a confidential space to sharpen judgment, strengthen communication, and sustain performance.
3. Team Coaching
Helpful for teams that need better alignment, stronger collaboration, and more constructive ways of working together.
4. Peer Coaching Programme
Game changer for organisations that want to strengthen internal development capability and build a coaching culture more broadly.
How the process works
First Step: Discovery conversation
We clarify your context, the people involved, and what success would look like.
Second Step: Scope and design
Together we define the right format, timeframe, goals, and boundaries.
Third Step: Coaching engagement
The coaching begins, tailored to the actual business situation and the people involved.
Fourth Step: Reflection and evaluation
Where appropriate, we review progress against the agreed outcomes and identify next steps.
Confidentiality and trust
Confidentiality is essential for coaching to work.
Individual coaching conversations remain confidential within agreed legal and ethical boundaries. Where organisations want reporting, this is defined upfront and handled in a way that respects both trust and business needs.
This creates the conditions for honest reflection while still allowing the organisation to feel confident about purpose, structure, and value.
Let’s Get Started
